The People Behind It All

The company is spearheaded by the dynamic and versatile Mr Desmond Ow, the
Managing Director, who brings with him close to 30 years of hands-on experience in the advertising industry.

Starting at the tender age of 16, when he started working at New York Plastic Enterprise, he then moved on to a factory, where he quickly rose from rank to be Factory & Sales Manager, within a short time-span. Having garnered the necessary experience down south, he moved back to Kuala Lumpur, where he joined the public-listed Hexagon Group, helping them to set up the factory, before settling into his role in R&D.

He then ventured out on his own, setting up his own outdoor advertising company, building billboards and signages, as well as design-and-built contracting and renovation works for Oil & Gas powerhouses such as Petronas, ESSO and Mobil. In the beginning of 2009, he managed to obtain the sole and exclusive licence from the Ministry of Eduction (MOE), to build mini boards in close to 10,000 schools, for advertisement purposes.

Now fully focused on school advertising focusing on school communication boards and school events, as well as developing our existing client’s children related marketing efforts, Desmond’s story is truly an inspiring example of the old adage that sheer hard work and determination in the face of obstacles and adversity.
